Retail Delivery Service:

With our BULK BUY SPECIALS - please note that freight is charged at the checkout, however NO FREIGHT will actually be charged on your order when processed in the office – the system does not recognise this as 2 separate cartons.

If you purchase 2 cartons of nappies or if your order is more than $100.00 and you are located in the Melbourne/Geelong /Queensland Metropolitan Area there is NO FREIGHT charged, however if you do not meet this requirement a $4.50 delivery fee applies.

If you are located outside the Melbourne/Geelong/South Australia/Queensland Metropolitan Area see below for freight charges.

Courier Zoning: 

Lime Area (Please allow 2-5 Working days) - a $5.00 delivery charge will apply for every coupon used. Thus,f you purchase 2 cartons of nappies or if your order is more than $100.00, it will cost $5.00 for delivery; if you are purchasing 4 cartons it will cost $10.00 for delivery as we need to use 2 coupons.  If your order contains 1 box of nappies and/or is less than $100.00 a delivery fee of $10.00 will apply. eg. Echuca (VIC), Cranbourne (VIC), Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast

Pink Area (Please allow 2-5 Working days) - a $15.00 delivery charge will apply for every coupon used. eg. If you are purchasing 2 cartons of nappies or if your order is more than $100.00, it will cost $15.00 for delivery; if you are purchasing 4 cartons it will cost $30.00 for delivery as we need to use 2 coupons. eg. Lysterfield (VIC), Diamond Creek (VIC), South Morang(VIC)

Red Area (Please allow 2-5 Working days) - a $20.00 delivery charge will apply for every coupon used. eg.Kingston(TAS) and parts of NSW

Delivery Timing:

Inner Metro: Orders placed before (10.00am) Monday to Friday will be processed the same day and should be received the same day or the next working day (excepting unforeseen consequences).

Outer Metro / Country Areas: 3 to 5 days will be required.

Please Note: For Orders placed during the weekend and public holidays, your order will be processed from our warehouse on the next working day.

Please ignore the freight calculated by our website.  We provide free delivery to most centres, however if any freight needs to be charged, our office will contact you directly.
