DELIVERY SERVICE

Frieght Charge

No frieght charge for orders satisfying all the following conditons:

• Metro Area (based on courier company's zoning)
• 2 Boxes of Nappies; (OR)Purchase of accessories excluding the nappies of $100 or more.

Freight charges will apply to area's outside our courier Metro zoning. This will appear when you view your cart, prior to check out.  Whilst we have endeavoured  to have this as accurate as possible there may be instances where this may need to be re-calculated.  If this happens we will contact you prior to dispatching your goods.

Courier Zoning:

Inner and Outer Metro Zoning of the suburbs are classified by our courier company.
For instance the suburbs listed; (Mt Eliza, Narre Warren, Lillydale, Hillside, Diamond Creek)
are normally Melbourne Metro, but our courier company classifies them as outer Metro areas.

Delivery Timing:

Inner Metro: Orders placed before (10.00am) Monday to Friday may be received the same
day or the next working day (up to 6.30pm).

Outer Metro/ Country Areas: 3 to 5 days will be required.

Please Note:

• For Orders placed during the weekend and public holdiays, your order will be dispatched
  from our warehouse on the next working day.
• To maintain our low prices, all orders will incur a $1.95 handling fee.

CHILDCARE & WHOLESALERS

Initially, you are required to ring our head office so we can set up the
payment terms and approve the credit application if necessary.  When the
application is approved, we can also set you up for online ordering.
